User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions associated with the purchase of LUCILLE tokens ("LUCILLE") from Lucille. By purchasing LUCILLE, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms incorporated by reference.

2. Understanding LUCILLE

LUCILLE is a utility token intended for potential future use on the Lucille platform. It is not an investment, security, commodity, or any other kind of financial instrument.

3. No Commitment to Platform or Utility

While we are actively working towards creating a valuable platform: We make no commitments, guarantees, or warranties that the Lucille platform will be built, completed, or functional. Should we develop the platform, there is no assurance that LUCILLE will be used as a utility on it or for how long. It remains entirely at our discretion to change our plans, including but not limited to, the integration or use of LUCILLE on our platform.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing LUCILLE: You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the purchase, including the risks that the Lucille platform might never be launched and LUCILLE might never be used. You assume responsibility for all these risks and agree that Lucille will not be liable for any kind of loss or damage arising from your purchase or holding of LUCILLE tokens.

5. Not an Offer or Solicitation

This Agreement does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where LUCILLE sale or use is prohibited. LUCILLE is not and should not be considered an investment or security in any jurisdiction.

6. No Refunds

All LUCILLE token sales are final. You acknowledge and agree that there will be no refunds or exchanges once you have purchased LUCILLE.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement and its interpretation and enforcement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Lucille is registered without regard to conflict of law rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucille shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses.

9. Amendments

We may make changes to this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date.
